Thank you for applying to Downtown Pomona’s ArtWalk, Pomona’s monthly market filled with delicious food, local businesses, galleries showcasing art, local creatives, and more. ​

Application does NOT GUARANTEE your participation at ArtWalk and does not mean you are accepted as an entertainer. Please allow our team to review the application and you will hear from us.

ArtWalk operates from January to December rain or shine. The market takes place every 2nd Saturday of the month from 5 pm to 10 pm. ​It is located in Downtown Pomona (Shaun Diamond Plaza - 197 W. 2nd St., Pomona, CA).

The application process includes:

  1. Review of your application packet by the ArtWalk Committee.

  2. Acceptance or Rejection or Hold for Future Opportunities of the application packet by the ArtWalk Committee.

  3. You will be notified of the Committee’s decisions within two weeks after your application packet has been reviewed. The review process may take longer depending on applications received. Notification will be sent by email (artwalk@downtownpomona.org)

Note: If your application is approved, you may set up at the Artwalk for the specified month only. ​​

CITY OF POMONA'S HOLD HARMLESS/INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT

The undersigned applicant agrees to and shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the City of Pomona, its agents, officers, elected and appointed officials, employees, & volunteers as well as the Downtown Property Owners Association (DPOA) & Central Business District (CBD), and their agents, officers, board members, employees, and volunteers against any legal proceeding in law or equity, and further shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the City of Pomona and its agents, officers, elected and appointed officials, employees, volunteers and the DPOA & CBD, and their agents, officers, board members, employees, and volunteers from and against any and all claims, liability, demands, suits, judgements, expenses, costs, and other legal expenses of every kind to which the City, the DPOA & CBD may be subject to by reason of any act or omission, whether intentional or negligent, or from strict liability, arising from the conduct of any participant, invitee, attendee, sponsor or any third person who is or is not an invitee, attendee, participant, or sponsor of the event.  Event: Downtown Pomona Market (CFM) Date of Event: Every 2nd Saturday of the month, year round.
