November: Hasta la Muerte
Vendor Application 

Vendors may arrive by 3:00 pm. Vendor set up must be completed by 4:30 pm. Vendors must bring their own canopy/booth (approx.. 10x10), table, chairs, solar lighting or generator. There will be a portable restroom and hand washing station on site.

 

All vendors must be approved by DPOA and are required to have a valid General Liability Insurance policy and an LA County Temporary Food Facility Permit (food vendor) or a sellers permit (non-food vendor). If you pay for your booth without the proper submitting the proper documentation, you will not be allowed to set up and payment will be credited with and expiration of sixth months after event date.

The undersigned applicant agrees to and shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the City of Pomona, its agents, officers, elected and appointed officials, employees, & volunteers as well as the Downtown Property Owners Association (DPOA) & Central Business District (CBD), and their agents, officers, board members, employees, and volunteers against any legal proceeding in law or equity, and further shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the City of Pomona and its agents, officers, elected and appointed officials, employees, volunteers and the DPOA & CBD, and their agents, officers, board members, employees, and volunteers from and against any and all claims, liability, demands, suits, judgements, expenses, costs, and other legal expenses of every kind to which the City, the DPOA & CBD may be subject to by reason of any act or omission, whether intentional or negligent, or from strict liability, arising from the conduct of any participant, invitee, attendee, sponsor or any third person who is or is not an invitee, attendee, participant, or sponsor of the event.  Event: Downtown Pomona Market (CFM) Date of Event: Every 2nd Saturday of the month, year round.

Vendor and Event Participation Policy Clause

Furthermore, by signing this application you are requesting permission to sell at the Downtown Pomona Market (CFM). You agree to abide by the rules, codes, and laws that pertains to the market and understand that this application must be approved prior to your participation at this market. Payment does NOT guarantee vendor approval , vendor approval is subject to verified documentation. 

The Downtown Pomona Organization (DPOA) operates as a non-profit and does not express support for any specific political, religious, or organizational causes. Vendors are prohibited from disseminating political or religious materials during events. The DPOA reserves the right to control vendor locations and activities within the Downtown Pomona PBID. All vendors must apply and receive approval at least one month prior to the event; unauthorized setups will be required to vacate. Booths may not advertise services, and food vendors must comply with health regulations. Use of megaphones and microphones is restricted to approved purposes, and signage must adhere to specified dimensions. Compliance with these policies is essential for a successful event.

Hasta la Muerte/Artwalk takes place from East to West 2nd street on both the usual Arts Colony and on Antique Row.

Prices between different sections vary depending on location.
