Location:  Downtown Pomona, California 

Spectators: 20,000+

Parade entries are required to be entertaining, creative, and exciting. We welcome bands, drill teams, dance teams, equestrians, comical groups, etc. Think out of the box!

 

Spectators want to be entertained and they will remember a unique, fun, entertaining entry. Please read the general parade guidelines.  Respond early to be considered for placement in our parade.  ​

LIMIT: 8 CARS OR EQUIVALENT (EX. 4 CARS W/ TRAILER BEDS OR 150FT MAX)


To ensure a smooth lineup and proper spacing in the parade, please provide the approximate total length of your entry in feet (include vehicles, trailers, floats, animals, and walking participants).

        (Example: 1 pickup truck with 20-foot trailer + 10 walkers ≈ 40 feet total)

Word Count Limit: 150 Words. Entries without a script will only be presented as their organization's name. Email script to info@downtownpomona.org by November 30th, 2025 at 11:59 PM. Modifications will not be accepted after said deadline.

Images, Videos, and Documents are allowed.

All parade applications must be received by December 03, 2025.  If you need to pay by check, please call the DPOA office at 909-469-1121 for assistance.

 

I am participating in the 2025 Downtown Pomona Holiday Parade (referred to as the "Event") organized by The Downtown Pomona Owners Association DBA Downtown Pomona District. In consideration of my participation in the event and with a full understanding of the associated risks, I agree to indemnify, release, defend, and hold harmless the property owner hosting the event City of Pomona and The Downtown Pomona Owners Association, along with any affiliated employees, agents, officials, and officers, from any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, or liabilities of any nature arising from or related to my participation in the Event.

I also consent to the capture of videos and photographs of me for future promotional purposes by The Downtown Pomona Owners Association, and I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation for such use. I am aware of the risk of exposure to or infection by COVID-19 in connection with my participation in this event, and I voluntarily assume this risk. Furthermore, I agree that in the event that any provision of this Liability Waiver and Release is deemed invalid or unenforceable by any court for any reason, the validity of the remaining parts, terms, or provisions shall remain fully effective and enforceable.

For-Profit Entries: $75

Non-Profit Entries: $50
