Downtown Property Owner Survey
Help us improve Downtown Pomona!
The Downtown Pomona Owners Association is in the process of renewing and expanding the Property and Business Improvement District (PBID). We have asked you to participate in this survey because your property is located in the current or proposed expansion area.
PBIDs are a stable funding source for organizations of property owners working to improve their neighborhood. Owners within the district work together to make significant improvements, attract tenants and new businesses, and develop the area.
PBIDs can have many functions, all of which are aimed at improving the neighborhood. A PBID’s operations and services are determined by the property owners funding the PBID. Formed in 2004, the Downtown Pomona PBID activities include security, clean up and maintenance services and marketing programs.
Please take a moment to complete this survey to help us evaluate our work thus far and share your priorities for the neighborhood. Your input is what will make the Downtown Pomona PBID renewal a success…let your voice be heard!
The DPOA strives to keep Downtown Pomona safe and friendly. Seven days a week and 24 hours a day, the PBID is patrolled
by private security and two dedicated Pomona Police Officers.
All American Security is on duty from 2am to 6pm. For assistance, call 951-403-9413.
